Job Description

Description

We are looking for a skilled Java AWS Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java development and experience in building applications on the AWS platform. This role involves collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to create robust cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications on AWS cloud platform.
  • Implement and manage cloud services and applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test and production environments.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Java development and AWS cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SDKs and tools such as AWS CLI.
  • Proficiency in building and deploying applications using RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
