Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer with a strong background in Java development and database management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend coding, database design, and system integration, while also providing mentorship to junior developers. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Coding Write clean, efficient Java code for data processing and system integration.
• Database Management Design Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuning scripts.
• System Integration Build and support interfaces linking Loan IQ with external downstream systems.
• Mentorship & Leadership Act as a technical reference point for junior developers on the team.
• Code Review Review code to ensure compliance with standards and optimal performance.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Java Proficient in Core Java, Spring Boot, and multi-threading environments.
• Database Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including query optimization.
• Tools Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Deal Breaker Skill Service Dev Foundation.

• Domain Knowledge Solid understanding of commercial lending, syndication, and loan servicing (Good to have).
