Java Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java/J2EE Architect to define and guide the architectural vision of our enterprise solutions. As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java/J2EE technologies. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in software architecture, frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus , and a passion for driving innovation and best practices.

• Define and implement the overall architecture for enterprise-grade Java/J2EE applications.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
• Lead the adoption of Spring Boot , Quarkus , and other modern Java frameworks for microservices development.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, including scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Drive performance optimization and oversee the resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical roadmaps.
• Advocate for Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to streamline development and delivery.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
