We are looking for Java Architect , below is the desired profile looking forward from candidates.

- Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science with 10-15 years experience
- 4+ years of experience architecting and designing any cloud solutions (AWS/ Azure/ GCP/Oracle) including container services, serverless architecture, high availability and infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, others).
- Experience with microservices and event/message-driven distributed systems
- Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
- Basic experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Datadog/Prometheus, Grafana/Splunk or others
- Exposure to Oracle Retail POS Suite (Xstore, Xenvironment, Xadmin, Xcenter, and XServices), OpChain Framework, and Oracle Database is an added advantage.
- Proven leadership in mentoring and guiding engineering teams
- Experience with Retail domain, Retail systems architecture and mobile technologies is preferred
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java (J2SE) and Advanced Java (J2EE).
- Must be capable of providing leadership for junior and senior software engineers alike, understands how to leverage and enhance their current skills
