Description
We are looking for a seasoned Java Architect with 14-18 years of experience to lead our development team in designing and implementing robust Java-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality Java applications and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in the application.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
