Java Application Support
SQL / Advanced SQL
Spring / Spring Boot
REST APIs & Microservices
Verint WFM / Workforce Optimization
Production Support / Troubleshooting
Git & CI/CD
Cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide application / production support for enterprise Java applications
Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues & incidents
Analyze logs, identify root causes and resolve application issues
Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues
Work with SQL queries, stored procedures and relational databases
Support REST APIs and Spring/Spring Boot-based applications
Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks
Work with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Support Verint WFM / Workforce Optimization applications
GOOD TO HAVE
JavaScript / TypeScript / React exposure
Python or Shell scripting
Containerization / Cloud-native technologies
Experience with enterprise monitoring & support tools
