  • Troubleshoot incidents occurring on Java microservice applications
  • Perform root cause analysis and document formal RCA
  • Perform code level fixes
  • Implement small change requests (CRs)
  • Experience with Java, spring boot, spring web mvc, spring kafka, log4j, maven
  • Strong in SQL & NoSQL
  • Strong in REST APIs and integrations
  • Strong in git commands & github repo
  • Production incident & problem management
  • Automation using Linux, Shell scripting
  • TCP dump analysis for API and integration-level diagnostics
