About the Role
We are seeking a Java Angular Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Level 2 production support for Java-based applications. The role focuses on log analysis, debugging, root cause analysis, and ensuring high application stability in a shift-based support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications.
- Analyze application logs using Log4j and Splunk to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Debug production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring problems.
- Ensure application stability through proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution.
- Work with job scheduling tools to manage and monitor batch and background processes.
- Apply understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines in production support activities.
- Support applications hosted in cloud environments.
- Participate in shift-based support, including weekends, as part of operations.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for faster incident resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL/Oracle, and Angular.
- Proven experience in Java-based Level 2 production support.
- Hands-on experience with Log4j and Splunk for log analysis.
- Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Experience working with job scheduling tools.
- Ability to perform effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.

- Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
