Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Jaspersoft Developer with deep expertise in Jaspersoft / JasperReports and strong knowledge of PL/SQL. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of working extensively in Jaspersoft for at least 7 years, handling advanced reporting requirements with complex structures, functions, and variables.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft / JasperReports.
- Migrate and convert reports from legacy systems into Jaspersoft.
- Work with 80–100 functions and variables in report development.
- Develop and manage multiple sub-reports in complex reporting structures.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
- Perform detailed SQL data analysis prior to creating reports.
- Ensure reports are accurate, optimized, and scalable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
- Work independently with accountability for timely and high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Jaspersoft / JasperReports (mandatory).
- Expertise in PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Strong experience in report conversion and migration projects.
- Ability to manage complex reporting logic with 80–100 functions, variables, and sub-reports.
- Proven skills in analyzing and optimizing SQL queries for large datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred- Immediate availability.
- Prior experience working in Agile environments.
