Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese Sushi Chef located in Hyderabad. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including preparing and cooking sushi and other Japanese dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene, handling and preparing seafood, and maintaining culinary excellence. The role also involves collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Preparation and Hygiene
- Proficiency in Cooking and Culinary Skills
- Experience with Seafood preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a Japanese cuisine restaurant is a plus
- Culinary degree or training in Japanese cuisine preferred
