Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N3 certified) to lead project delivery and client engagement. The role involves managing project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and contractual deliverables while ensuring effective communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution as per project charter and client agreements
• Manage project scope, timelines, cost, risks, and change control processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Provide day-to-day direction to the project team and track project progress
• Ensure timely status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
• Drive successful delivery aligned with business objectives and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–9 years of experience in Project Management - Application Development and Maintainance
• JLPT N3 certification mandatory
• Strong understanding of project planning, tracking, risk, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Experience working with global/Japanese clients preferred

Preferred:

• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification
• Experience in IT/Technology projects
