Japanese Language Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Japanese Language Trainer. The trainer will deliver high-quality Japanese language training to individuals or groups, design and develop training materials, and implement effective teaching methods. Responsibilities include evaluating learners progress, providing feedback, and facilitating practical speaking, listening, and writing exercises. Collaboration with other trainers, organizing workshops, and contributing to a positive learning environment will also be part of the role.

• Proficiency in Japanese language, including spoken and written communication, with a certification such as JLPT N2 or higher preferred
• Strong instructional and teaching skills, including the ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to learners needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective interaction with learners and colleagues
• Experience in corporate training, language education, or related areas is an advantage
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is highly desirable
