Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Analyze requirements and design software solutions.
- Write code to implement software solutions.
- Conduct testing to ensure the quality of the application.
- Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Experience in analyzing requirements and designing software solutions.
- Proficient in writing code in Japanese.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
