Job Summary 

We are looking for fresh Japanese-speaking candidates who are passionate about building a career in a Japanese corporate environment. This role involves coordination with suppliers, handling production-related processes, and supporting office operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Supplier management and coordination 

- Production process monitoring and support 

- Communication with Japanese stakeholders 

- Handling basic office and administrative tasks 

- Supporting day-to-day business operations

Salary & Benefits 

INR 40,000 per month (CTC) 

Includes INR 10,000 Japanese language allowance 

Opportunity to work in Japan based on performance (not guaranteed) 

Eligibility Criteria 

Education: Any Graduate (Final-year students can apply for internship) 

Experience: Freshers only (should not have prior full-time work experience) 

Internship/volunteer experience is acceptable 

Language Requirements 

Mandatory: JLPT N2 /N3

N3 candidates can apply only if currently studying for N2 

Strong Japanese communication skills required
