About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the growth and transformation of a Factory Automation (FA) Digital Solutions Business. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building scalable digital business models, driving innovation, and leading global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business growth and organizational development
- Own and manage P&L for the business unit
- Define and execute global business strategies
- Drive development of digital solutions (On-premise & SaaS)
- Oversee sales, marketing, and commercialization activities
- Lead automation solutions and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and leadership teams
Mission
- Achieve long-term business growth and profitability
- Expand digital and automation solution offerings
- Drive innovation in manufacturing and industrial automation
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in a global organization
- Experience managing budgets of approx. JPY 5 Billion and teams of 200 employees
- Strong expertise in SaaS, automation, and digital solutions
- Demonstrated experience in business transformation
- Business-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in industrial automation
- Experience working with EU/US companies
- MBA or Master's degree
- Startup or new business development experience
- Understanding of the Japanese market

Compensation
- Salary Range: ¥10M – ¥18M per annum
