Experience : 4-8 Years

Location : Pune, Chennai

The JD is as follows:-

1) Full time graduation from a recognized university.

2) Minimum JLPT N3/NAT Q3 certified or above with the right attitude will be considered.

3) Full time corporate work experience of minimum 2 years.

4) Experience in L1 monitoring /Service Desk

5) Well versed with MS Office viz. MS Word, Excel, Power point

6) Must be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts pattern which includes night shifts also

7) Must be willing to support clients over phone/ web/mail

8) Must have strong interpersonal skills, good Japanese communication skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner

9) Should be able to perform the assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner

10) Must handle responsibilities by multi-tasking, in an independent manner and with minimal direction

11) ITIL framework knowledge will be an added advantage
