About the Role

PhysicsWallah (PW) is looking for a Subject Matter Expert – JAIIB & CAIIB with strong knowledge of Banking and Finance to develop high-quality, exam-oriented content for JAIIB and CAIIB aspirants.

The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual understanding of the relevant subjects, experience in content creation, and preferably have qualified or appeared for JAIIB/CAIIB examinations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate/Undergraduate in a relevant subject or domain.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in content creation.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Banking, Finance and related subjects.
• Candidates who have qualified or appeared for JAIIB/CAIIB will be preferred.
• Prior experience in creating content for banking, competitive or professional certification examinations is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable working with Google Docs, Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.

• Strong understanding of JAIIB/CAIIB syllabus and examination pattern.
• Ability to create accurate and exam-oriented content.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
• Good understanding of MCQs, case-based questions and detailed solutions.
• Ability to stay updated with syllabus, examination pattern and banking-related developments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality MCQs, case-based questions and exam-oriented content for JAIIB/CAIIB.
• Develop accurate, detailed and easy-to-understand solutions and explanations.
• Conduct syllabus-wise research and blueprint analysis for JAIIB/CAIIB examinations.
• Stay updated with the latest examination pattern, syllabus changes and relevant banking trends.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality and relevance of questions and study materials.
• Contribute to the development of structured test series, question banks and learning resources.
• Review and improve existing content whenever required.
• Resolve student doubts within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with the academic/content team to continuously improve learning resources.
