Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentorship
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven lectures for AFM and BFM subjects.
- Mentor banking professionals and provide strategic preparation guidance.
- Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions to strengthen conceptual clarity.

- Develop exam-oriented content aligned with the latest IIBF syllabus and examination trends.
- Contribute to video lectures and digital learning resources.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct quizzes, chapter-wise tests, and mock examinations.
- Analyze learner performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with RBI guidelines, banking industry trends, treasury operations, and IIBF examination updates.
- Continuously improve teaching methodologies and content quality.
Eligibility Criteria Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Management, Economics, CA, CMA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or related fields from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Prior experience teaching JAIIB/CAIIB subjects, especially AFM and BFM, is highly preferred.
- Candidates with prior banking industry experience will have an added advantage.
- Preferred Certifications
- JAIIB and/or CAIIB qualified candidates preferred.
- Relevant banking or finance certifications are a plus.

- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial management concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex banking concepts for learners.
