We are seeking a skilled J2EE Technical Architect with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in J2EE technologies, excellent architectural skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using J2EE.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in J2EE and related frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in J2EE development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Proficient in database design and management, with experience in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices architecture, and enterprise application development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
