- Administer IWMS system (users, roles, permissions, security)
- Configure system settings, business rules, forms, fields, lookups, and hierarchies
- Design and maintain workflows
- Create and maintain reports based on customer requirements
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD to support space and drawing coordination
