About the Role

We are building a next-generation admissions consulting practice focused on Ivy League and Top Global University admissions. We are looking for a highly driven, intellectually curious, and execution-focused counselor who can mentor students in building exceptional, differentiated profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define and refine each student's spike (area of specialization)
  • Create structured, multi-year profile building roadmaps

2. Profile Building Execution (Core Focus)

  • Guide students in executing high-impact activities, including: Passion projects (research, blogs, apps, initiatives, startups)
  • Internships and real-world exposure
  • Leadership and community impact initiatives
  • Ensure all activities are coherent, high-quality, and aligned with the student's narrative
  • Track progress and maintain accountability through regular reviews

3. Project & Research Guidance

  • Mentor students in developing independent projects using structured frameworks
  • Support ideation, execution, and documentation of projects
  • Encourage intellectual depth and original thinking

4. Opportunities & Exposure

  • Identify relevant competitions, internships, and enrichment opportunities
  • Guide students in applications, cold outreach, and positioning

5. Application Strategy (Grades 1112)

  • Support overall college strategy (US, UK, and other top global universities)
  • Provide guidance on essays, storytelling, and profile positioning
  • Collaborate on building a compelling and authentic application narrative

Who we are looking for

Must-Have:

  • Strong interest in global university admissions (US/UK preferred)
  • Ability to think strategically and long-term
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • High ownership and execution mindset

Good to Have:

  • Experience in admissions counseling / education consulting
  • Exposure to international education systems
  • Background in research, writing, startups, or project-based work
  • Experience working with high school students

What makes this role unique:

  • Opportunity to work on deep, meaningful profile building (not just applications)
  • High autonomy and ownership
  • Exposure to ambitious students targeting top global universities
  • Chance to shape a fast-growing and high-impact vertical in India

How to apply:

Please share your resume along with a brief note on:

  • Why you're interested in this role
