Job Description
Hiring: IVR Test Engineer / Contact Center Testing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced IVR Testing Engineer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect and Contact Center technologies to join our team.
Location: Hybrid Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Experience: 7+ Years Domain: Banking
Key Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of IVR Testing and Engineering Extensive experience in testing Contact Center solutions, specifically Amazon Connect Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes for Contact Center products Experience with call flows, routing strategies, IVR validation, and customer journey testing Hands-on exposure to defect management, test planning, and execution Experience working in Banking domain projects is preferred
What We're Looking For:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
