Job Summary

Looking for a Manual IVR Tester with experience in IVR call flow testing, defect tracking, and validation of contact center applications. The role involves system, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and prepare test cases
• Perform manual IVR testing (call flows, routing logic, prompts)
• Execute System, Integration, and Regression testing
• Log and track defects
• Validate backend data using basic SQL
• Prepare test reports and support UAT

Requirements

• 2+ years of Manual Testing experience (IVR)
• Basic understanding of IVR systems and Contact Center technologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Knowledge of Web Services testing
• Basic SQL knowledge

Preferred

• Experience with Cyara
• Exposure to Dialogflow
