Job Title: IVR Automation Test Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to 15 LPA (depends on the previous package with valid salary proof)

Locations: Chennai (Sholinganallur, Mahindra City) | Bangalore (Electronic City) | Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 2) | Hyderabad (Gachibowli, Pocharam)

Role Type: Individual Contributor

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IVR Automation Test Engineer to design and run automated and functional tests for IVR systems, making sure call flows, integrations, and end-to-end customer journeys work reliably across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and run automated test scripts for IVR applications and call flows
• Perform end-to-end functional testing across integrated systems
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Python
• Test and validate REST APIs that support IVR workflows
• Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve them
• Own testing deliverables independently as an individual contributor

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR automation testing
• Strong functional testing background, including end-to-end testing across multiple systems
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and REST API testing
• At least 2 years of dedicated IVR testing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
