Job Description:

KPIT Technologies is conducting an exclusive scheduled drive in Bangalore to hire experienced IVI Test Automation Engineers. If your profile matches the required skills and experience, the recruiter will review your application, and you will be invited to attend the scheduled drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test automation scripts for In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems.
• Validate automotive HMI features such as Bluetooth (BT), BT Audio, Media, Android Auto, CarPlay, Telltale Gauges, Navigation, Settings, and more.
• Perform blackbox testing, integration testing, stability testing, performance testing, and regression testing to ensure high-quality standards.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA or any other issue reporting systems for defect tracking and reporting.
• Work with automation frameworks and tools like Android ADB, Appium, UI Automator, Python, and Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with teams for issue reproduction, validation, and verification of resolved issues.
• Gain exposure to vehicle network protocols like CAN/Most and work on domain-specific testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

Mandatory Skills (M):

• Experience in Test Automation and working with automation frameworks.
• Automotive HMI validation for infotainment features (BT, BT Audio, Android Auto, CarPlay, etc.).
• Strong skills in blackbox testing, regression testing, and issue tracking (JIRA or equivalent).
• Proficiency in tools like Android ADB, Appium, UI Automator, and Python.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.

Good to Have Skills (O):

• Experience with Robot Framework and Vehicle Networks (CAN/Most).
• Stability and performance testing experience is a plus.
