This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an IVF Specialist. The IVF Specialist will be responsible for managing patient consultations, creating and executing customized treatment plans, and providing top-quality care throughout the fertility process. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and therapeutic fertility procedures, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring ethical and empathetic patient interactions. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for patients.

• Extensive knowledge of IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and reproductive endocrinology
• Proficiency in diagnostic techniques, ultrasound evaluations, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART)
• Strong communication, counseling, and empathetic listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team
• Knowledge of reproductive healthcare ethics and sensitivity to patient needs
• Valid medical degree (MBBS) and specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology; further certification in Reproductive Medicine is preferred
• Prior experience in a fertility or reproductive medicine unit will be advantageous
• Commitment to staying updated with advancements in reproductive treatments and technologies
