IVF Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IVF Specialist role based in Siwan. The IVF Specialist will manage and oversee the entire IVF cycle, including patient consultations, treatment planning, ovarian stimulation protocols, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and post-procedure follow-up. Responsibilities include interpreting diagnostic tests, counseling patients on treatment options, risks, and outcomes, and coordinating with embryologists and nursing staff to provide individualized, evidence-based care. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and complying with regulatory and ethical guidelines in reproductive medicine.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in reproductive medicine, including IVF, ICSI, IUI, and management of male and female factor infertility.
• Proficiency in clinical procedures such as ovarian stimulation management, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and related fertility interventions.
• Ability to interpret diagnostic investigations including hormonal profiles, ultrasound scans, semen analysis, and other fertility-related tests.
• Excellent patient counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans, procedures, risks, and success rates with sensitivity and clarity.
• Effective collaboration skills for working closely with embryologists, gynecologists, nursing staff, and support teams in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and reports.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to national and international guidelines in assisted reproductive technology.
• Postgraduate medical qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (e.g., MD/MS/DNB) with fellowship or specialized training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF preferred.
• Prior experience as an IVF Specialist or in a fertility center setting is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on-site in Siwan and adapt to a fast-growing, patient-centered clinical environment.
