Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IVD Professional with stable experience in Government Business. The role is based in Navsari/ Delhi/Chennai/Mumbai. The IVD Professional will be responsible for managing partnerships and projects related to government business, developing strategies for market growth, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and promoting the company's diagnostics solutions. The position demands close collaboration with key government stakeholders and internal teams to secure and manage government contracts effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry, including product knowledge and industry standards
- Experience in managing government business, including building and sustaining professional relationships with government agencies and officials
- Skills in strategy development, opportunity assessment, and project management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract management
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and tools for reporting and documentation
- Previous experience working in an IVD or healthcare-related company is highly preferred
