Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Ivanti Developer & Administrator with strong experience in ITSM modules to support, enhance, and optimize our service management environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in configuration, customization, workflow development, and integration within the Ivanti platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and administer Ivanti ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, Knowledge, etc.)
- Develop and optimize workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage platform upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot Ivanti-related issues.
- Implement automation using Ivanti Automation / Scripting where applicable.
- Integrate Ivanti with third-party systems using APIs, connectors, or middleware.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system maintenance, user management, roles, permissions, and platform security.
- Ensure platform best practices and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Ivanti ITSM development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager, Ivanti Neurons (preferred).
- Proficiency in Configurations, Workflows, Form Design, and Business Rules.
- Experience with API integrations, SQL, and scripting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Certification is a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / ITAM.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience in automation or orchestration tools.
