Job Description

ITSM Specialist

Kiya.ai is seeking an ITSM Specialist to support one of our leading investment banking clients in Mumbai. This role focuses on the management and maintenance of a global application portfolio and plays a key part in strategic asset management initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Application Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain the global GB Applications Portfolio (approximately 800 applications worldwide) in close collaboration with IT GB clusters (Trade, Cash, Credit, Core Banking, etc.) and regions (APAC, AMER, EMEA).
  • Application Transfers: Manage in and out transfers of applications between IT GB and other Metier ITs (GM IT, 2S, IT, etc.).
  • KPIs and Dashboards: Propose and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to enable GB CIOs to efficiently monitor their application portfolio and ensure data accuracy and timeliness. This includes focusing on key attributes such as strategic status, security, obsolescence, and IT/Business owners.
  • Asset Portfolio Steering Committee: Contribute strongly to the quarterly GB Asset Portfolio Management steering committee.
  • ITO Asset Management Initiatives: Actively contribute to ITO Asset Management initiatives within the context of the flagship CIB ITO Safety & Trust program, including the implementation and loading of new asset referentials like GoldenApp.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • ITSM (IT Service Management)
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • SAM (Software Asset Management)
  • Understanding of Application Inventory & associated information management.
  • Knowledge of Application Design Life Cycle & models (Agile, Waterfall).
