Job Description:

• Experienced ITSM Infra Support Specialist with more than 5 yrs
• Possess a strong background in IT Service Management ITSM and Infrastructure Support with specific expertise in SQL DBA Windows configuration management and integration support
• Good understanding of the release processes
• Adequate experience in documentation technical analysis
• Stakeholder management
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Incident Management

• Change Management
• Monitoring
