ITSM

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on integrations, reporting, analytics, and data management. Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and reporting capabilities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow integrations, including API-based interfaces, data mappings, transformation rules, and end-to-end process automation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices (ITIL Foundation certification preferred), with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable integration and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with Databricks and enterprise data platforms to define reporting and analytics requirements, support data modeling activities, perform data analysis, and deliver standard data products and actionable business insights.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, data integration architectures, data flows, and system interoperability, enabling seamless integration between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, both directly on ServiceNow and via a DataBricks datalake.
• Proven experience designing and delivering reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management information solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and other enterprise reporting platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, particularly in the context of organizational change.
