Job Description

2-5 years of experience in ITSM(Preferably Problem management). ITIL foundation certification preferred. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Customer centric mindset and ability to deal with users. Team oriented with willingness to collaborate within the team and across departments. Understanding of ITIL framework, specifically Problem Management Process .
