Job Overview

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Technical Leads / Architects with strong development expertise and deep platform knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, SPM, SOM, and CSM, along with strong scripting skills and experience implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Role Responsibilities

ServiceNow ITOM Lead / Architect

  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of ITOM modules.
  • Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Experience troubleshooting Data Sources and Service Graph Connectors (SGC).
  • Experience with Integration Hub and Transform Maps.
  • Configure and manage Event Management modules.
  • Experience setting up MID Servers with clustering and scripting.
  • Must have completed at least 3 full ITOM implementations.
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering, and backlog creation.

ServiceNow SPM Lead / Architect

  • Hands-on experience implementing SPM modules including:
  • Project Management
  • Resource Management
  • Demand Management
  • Project Workspace
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce and Jira.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management processes.
  • Strong scripting and platform configuration expertise.
  • Lead implementation using OOB features and best practices.
  • Support development teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance.

ServiceNow SOM Lead

  • Hands-on experience implementing Sales Order Management (SOM).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow SOM with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong scripting and configuration experience.
  • Experience building custom portals and workspace using UI Builder.
  • Understanding of Telecom & Media industry domain.
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops and backlog creation.

ServiceNow CSM Lead

  • Experience with 5+ end-to-end CSM implementations.
  • Expertise in:
  • Case Management
  • Portals
  • Workspaces
  • Product Catalogs
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Integration Hub, custom actions, and spokes.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry domain preferred.
