Education: Academic or Bachelor degree, Certification in ITIL v3 Expert or V4 MP
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in ITSM process maturity, project portfolio management, and advanced ITIL practices.
- Developing ITSM strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder communications plans
- CSDM Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Common Service Data Model implementation, optimization, and business service mapping.
- SPM Knowledge: Strong background in Strategic Portfolio Management processes and portfolio governance methodologies.
- Project Management: Experience with advanced project portfolio management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Technical Tools: Advanced experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive process maturity in complex environments.
