Job Description – Fixed Term Operator | Volvo Trucks India

Volvo Group India Pvt. Ltd. – Volvo Trucks, Hoskote Plant is looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Fixed Term Operators.

Qualification & Eligibility:

• ITI + Apprenticeship – Candidates with relevant technical trade/apprenticeship experience
• Diploma – Freshers are eligible
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/automotive environment
• Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Role: Fixed Term Operator

Compensation:

• 23,000 per month including PF
• Approx. 19,000 per month in-hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in manufacturing/vehicle assembly operations
• Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures
• Operate tools and equipment as per process requirements
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Follow Volvo's safety and workplace practices.
