Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for individuals with ITI, Diploma in Mechanical (MECH), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring quality output. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with machinery operations and maintenance related to MECH, EEE, EIE, or ECE domains.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects, ensure product quality, and follow precise standard operating procedures.
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Educational Requirement: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, EEE, EIE, ECE, or a related technical discipline.
• Added Advantage: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment and familiarity with safety standards and practices.
