Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an ITI Apprentice based in Mehsana. The apprentice will support production operations, maintain and operate machinery, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, the role includes performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with quality inspections to meet high production standards. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior team members and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve efficient and seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in machinery operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain production standards
- Good organizational skills and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, on-site manufacturing environment
- ITI Certification in a relevant trade is essential
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Prior experience in manufacturing or wheel production is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
