ITAM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes within ServiceNow.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using scripting (JavaScript).
• Manage CMDB data, ServiceNow Discovery, and integration with external asset sources.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing models and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Optimize SaaS subscriptions and support ITAM lifecycle improvements.
