Job Description

The Italian-Speaking Digital Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for internal accounts, ensuring strong performance and business impact through data-driven insights. This role focuses on campaign strategy, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration, with no direct interaction with end advertisers.

Key Focus Areas

  • Campaign optimization across digital advertising platforms
  • Internal stakeholder management and consultation
  • Revenue growth and retention
  • Cross-functional collaboration (Ops, Analytics, Product)

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and reporting
  • Identify growth opportunities and track revenue performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive execution and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written)
  • Italian proficiency required for both verbal and written communication
  • 3–5+ years experience in digital advertising, AdTech, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Campaign optimization
  • Performance marketing
  • Reporting tools and analytics
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced
  • Work from office - 2 to 11:30PM Shift
