Job Description
The IT professional is responsible for overseeing and managing comprehensive IT services for a user base exceeding 250 individuals. This role demands strong domain expertise in network infrastructure, server management, Active Directory administration, IT security protocols, and cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. The individual will provide end-to-end help desk support, addressing issues related to hardware, Office 365, and specialized engineering software, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with external service providers for maintenance, troubleshooting, upgradation, and renewal of critical systems such as network equipment, hardware assets, CCTV surveillance, leased lines, and licensed software applications. The role also involves proactive monitoring of system health, implementing security best practices, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration across departments and vendors.
