• Plan and manage IT service transitions effectively.
• Collaborate with teams to define transition strategies and timelines.
• Ensure smooth handover of IT services to operations teams.
• Monitor and report on transition progress and address challenges.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Identify and mitigate risks during the transition process.
• Document processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience in managing IT service transitions, ideally in the engineering industry, having 8 to 15 years of experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
