Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Power BI Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for students, professionals, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led classroom, online, and corporate training sessions on Microsoft Power BI.

Design and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands-on lab exercises.

Train learners on:

Power BI Desktop

Power Query

Data Modeling

DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)

Power BI Service

Dashboard & Report Development

Data Visualization Best Practices

Row-Level Security (RLS)

Power BI Gateway

Report Publishing and Sharing

Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and real-time projects.

Assess learners through quizzes, assignments, and mock interviews.

Provide mentoring and career guidance to trainees.

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and Microsoft technologies.

Coordinate with the training team to improve course content and learner experience.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.

Proficiency in:

Power Query (M Language)

DAX

Data Modeling

SQL

Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

Understanding of ETL concepts.

Knowledge of relational databases.

Experience with Azure Data Services is an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in Power BI development and/or training.

Prior experience as a technical trainer is preferred.

Experience in corporate training will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.

Experience with:

SQL Server

Azure

Excel Advanced

SSIS/SSRS (Optional)

Python for Data Analytics (Optional)
