About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled IT Trainer who can train students in Web Design & Development, IT & Networking MERN Stack, Python Programming, Django, and Flask. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-oriented sessions that help students build real-world projects and become job-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct classroom and lab sessions on:
- Web Design & Development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL)
- MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Python Programming (Core & Advanced)
- Django and Flask Frameworks
- IT & Networking
- Http, Https, Lan Cabling, Ping, SSH, Linux Administration, Windows Administration
- Prepare comprehensive training materials, assignments, and project-based modules.
- Guide students through practical exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate them into training content.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing new course modules and upgrading existing ones.
- Conduct mock interviews and career readiness sessions for students.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong command over:-
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, React.js
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, PHP, Python
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB
- Frameworks: Django, Flask
- Good understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git/GitHub), and deployment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
- Prior experience as a trainer or developer preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 13 years of training or industry experience in Web Development or Python.
