Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

- 6-9 years of experience in IT support or technology services.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
- Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
