Job Title: Onsite IT Technician
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Onsite IT Technician to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support and must be capable of handling hardware, software, and network-related issues at client sites. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel within the city, so owning a bike is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals at client locations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and standard software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Handle routine maintenance, upgrades, and backup operations.
Maintain records of issues and service logs for each client visit.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalated technical issues.
Ensure all systems meet security and performance standards.
Educate users on basic troubleshooting and system usage.
Provide timely updates and feedback to the support team and clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduate in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline.
1 to 2 years of prior experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and operating systems.
Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits per day.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license.
