Role Overview

As a Service Partner, you will be responsible for providing installation, servicing, and basic troubleshooting support for computer systems and surveillance solutions across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and basic repair of laptops, desktops, printers & CCTV systems

On-site and off-site technical support as assigned

Diagnosing hardware/software issues and resolving them efficiently

Maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction

Coordinating with the Konica Computers support team
