Job Description

Overview

Being in a Service Desk analyst will get a mass knowledge in multiple application.

There are chances of basic knowledge learning curve in the desired application we wish for.

Responsibilities

FLR and FCR are the main key responsibilities where the % of the ticket resolved should be hign

Average Speed of Answer and abandon calls should be reduced.

CSAT should be high

Overall supportive and a key player for the team.

Communication skills needs to be great

Technical knowledge for Service Desk is mandatory

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Should be a Degree holder (Graduate)
  • 2+ years of Experience in Technical/Service Desk
  • Knowledge required on Active Directory, SNOW, Azure, Bitlocker, Basic computer troubleshooting skills and Excellent communication skills
