Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on feedback.
Drive salary negotiations and close positions within defined timelines.
Maintain candidate pipeline and talent database.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding.
Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Required Skills
Few years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience hiring for IT / technical roles (preferred).
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and closure skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ATS tools.
Exposure to campus hiring / lateral hiring.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
