About the Role:
IBR Infotech LLP is hiring a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects and serve as the key point of contact for clients. You'll be managing end-to-end project lifecycles while collaborating closely with both technical teams and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple IT service-based projects from inception to completion
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
- Handle technical documentation and ensure clear requirement specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams (developers/designers/testers) to ensure timely delivery
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team meetings
- Monitor project progress and adjust timelines when needed
- Ensure smooth client communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in software services
- Strong team handling and leadership abilities
- Excellent understanding of technical concepts, SDLC, and project lifecycle
- Proficient in project documentation, requirement gathering, and client demos
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
- Based in Indore and willing to work onsite (WFO)
